I am assuming that the light area is the air sack and the dark area is a whole lot of baby right?...

or do I have a rotten egg?

ETA: If thats a crack I would put candlewax on it ASAP especially if it is under a broody.

i had one that was cracked for 2 weeks never did anything to try to fix and it hatched just fine, looked just like your egg

If they are hatching Saturday then the chick is probably an early bloomer and hatching tomorrow or friday
