Blood in 14-16 Week Pullet Poop

Hi, My friend and I just got 4 pullets each from someone and they are about 14-16 weeks old. We are both noticing this red stuff- looks like blood- in their poops. It's not a lot but is speckled like this throughout.. Here's a photo- what should we do?

There are some normal blood colored poops, they are from some of their intestinal lining shedding. Those look like the normal ones to me, but I would wait around for someone else to confirm by agreeing.

Looks normal. I understand your concern, though. The 1st time I saw such poo, I actually thought the hen had eaten an earth worm & didn't digest it well. It is weird to see it, but every so often you'll see it & it will give you a mini heart attack, til you remember it's the shedding of intestinal lining.
