Blood in chicken coop? Two chickens don't want to go outside? Chip on hen's beak?

Newbie chicken owner here.

I just finished the run for my babies, they've been inside only their coop for about two weeks now, as we haven't had the run finished. The coop is quite large, plenty of room for them to go about their chicken business.

The other day, I looked into the coop, and there was blood spattered across one of the walls. I noticed that my eight-or-nine week old EE had a chip on her beak (at least I think she's a she, lately I'm not so sure hehe).

I let my chickens out into the run for the first time yesterday, and four, including the chipped beak one, went straight out to play. Two however have been sitting in the same corner of the coop all day long. They've only gone out once or twice for only a minute at a time. They eat and drink, but otherwise just... sit. They normally have very outgoing personalities--I can't really think of why they would stay inside besides the fact that they're sick---could they have been the ones bleeding?

I've checked over all my chickens for injuries, and found none besides the chipped beak. What could possibly be the matter?

Thanks!

might of had a Peking order fight as its a new coop they are disorientated and decided to reaffirm the pecking order

Okay. Already the two who were sitting in the corner went out to play -- I think perhaps my mother-hen instinct was overreacting.

Should I do anything about the blood in the coop though? I can't think of exactly what I should do.
