Blood inside the egg

I have a brown leghorn that consistently lays an egg with blood in it. She is a year old and it's always been like this. I have tried vitamins and changed feed. She free ranges during the day and has access to lots of bugs, worms, grass, weeds, and other goodies in my yard, so I don't think it's a nutritional deficiency.
Any idea why this consistently happens?
Edited: Note, no roosters on the property.

Common with new layers, & flighty breeds. Seems unappetizing too most, but they're edible.

This usually resolves itself, but if it doesn't, then there's something else going on with her.

No roosters on the property and never tries to set.
Well now that makes a difference, not sure what that is from? Hopefully someone on here has more medical background and can tell you. Wish you luck with her.
I have always kept roosters so only time I have seen anything similar is when a chick starts developing

Blood spot or something similar. Some birds are just prone to problematic egg quality. They're safe to eat but definitely not appetizing. If you can ID which ones are her eggs I would pull them out for feeding to dogs, or maybe for use in recipes where you only need the whites.
