Blood on hatching eggs?

I have a small flock of Old English bantams and I've been collecting the eggs I get from them, and lately the eggs i've been collecting have dried blood on them. What can be a reason for this? Has this happened to anyone else?

Somtimes it happens, It's actually pretty normal. especially
with hens who have not been laying long. As long as the
hens are not bleeding heavily, they are fine.
