Blood smears on egg

Just got an egg from one of my sizzle hens. Had a bit of a blood smear on it. Not alot just sorta smeared. I have 3 hens and they've just started laying. This egg is a little smaller than the one's I've been getting so I'm wondering if it could be a first egg since I don't know exactly who is laying. Everyone seems healthy and no blood on them. Any thoughts?

I get blood smears every once in a while on my eggs from the 1.5 year old buffs. I just figured sometimes they have a hard time getting one out and the vent tears a little.

Is this normal?

Watch your hens for prolapse, this is sometimes an indication.

Thanks, I looked them over really good and didn't see anything but I will keep a close watch.
