Me too!!!!!!! And this one was just Mexican cheese LOL I thought about cooking up some peppers and onions for it but decided against it LOL I do also have some chicken and a ton of ground beef in the freezer so I could also make a beef or chicken one but I’d have to thaw it first LOL

I did NOT thaw it out LOL

I made an egg sandwich for dinner tonight.

Egg and cheese on an English muffin with Miracle Whip

And I would have put bacon or sausage on it if I had either of those LOL

But yeah.

Forgot to say I eventually did thaw out the chicken and made AMAZING chicken salad with part of it LOL

I made a huge batch of cheesesteak the other day lol

I’m gonna make burritos later tonight LOL or at least the filling for them. I might not eat the burritos tonight since I’ve eaten a lot today already. But yeah.

I got like a pound and a quarter of ground beef and split it in half. Froze half and put the other half in the fridge. So I’ve got like a half pound of ground beef basically to cook.

My plan is to add a can or half a can of black beans to it too to stretch it out further.

And of course add taco seasoning to it.

And I’ve got shredded Mexican cheese and sour cream.
