Bloody Eggs

I was gathering eggs today and found an egg with a little blood smeared on it(I don't know which chicken laid it, I have about 45 hens). Would anyone know if something is wrong and if so, what to do about it?

yea thats somewhat normal... If its a new hen or a larger egg sometimes blood can get on it. Also if the hen has a little to much fat that can cause blood.
