One of my Americanas has laid these 2 eggs with normal eggs in between. Does this look like blood to you guys too? What could be the problem?

I had this happen a few times with new layers, & an older chicken who plants her hind end flat on the nesting box floor while pushing an egg out. She's a weirdo, & don't know why she does it.

Are these hens new layers? If so, a little blood on an occasional egg is normal until their tissues expand to accommodate larger eggs.

If this continues on all the eggs, then you may have a problem, so keep a watchful eye.

She has been laying for a couple months now. She was laying in a planter of dirt, but in the past few weeks started laying in the nesting box. Her eggs haven’t seemed to be getting more large recently, so perhaps laying on a surface harder than dirt could be causing this? At what point do I need to be concerned, and what would I do if this trend were to continue?

If you see consistently bloody eggs, a vet visit would be a good idea if you have one that sees chickens. It may be something as simple as a cyst inside the cloaca, and maybe a simple cauterizing would take care of the problem.
