Hi thanks in advance for looking at my post. I'm feeling anxious about this one. I read a couple posts about blood in duck droppings and treatments for coccidiosis treatment but I felt the need to post anyways, just because I'm nervous about it.

Basically, I got some Muscovy ducks a while back and I'm still getting used to keeping them. They're a bit wiley. Today I found 1 bloody duck poop. I've been dealing with A LOT of poop and I don't inspect it all but I haven't noticed any other bloody poops. I don't know if I should panic or what. I know cocci is not terribly common in ducks but shall I treat the whole flock as a precaution? Can I just get the treatment from like a farm store? I've read that treatment in feeds don't work and I should take them to the vet. I just don't know what to do.
All my birds are acting fine and don't appear ill. If someone has step-by-step advice for me, it'd really help. Thank you.

I'm not a duck person, but until someone else chimes in, I'll give you the link for one of the chicken poop pages: http://chat.allotment.org/index.php?topic=17568.0 This shows normal and abnormal poops--of course I have no idea what duck poop looks like, LOL. Sometimes chunks of intestinal lining come out in the poop and resemble blood, so it's good to be able to spot the difference. Here is another page of poops: http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/02/whats-scoop-on-chicken-poop-digestive.html Corid is the drug you want for treatment if you think they have it.
