Bloody poop in 1 yo Rooster! Help!

Ok so I wormed him the last time I posted. The bloody stool stopped. Today I noticed him making funny noises, he was straining to poop! I checked his butt for clog but it was fine and then he pooped water all over my feet! He hasn't been eating much.

So tonight I started the Corrid. I didn't after the deworming because he looked better but today he's getting a little scrunchy and then not being able to poop. However it is not bloody, only a tad brown.

I would still try the stuff i suggested. If your not sure on the issue it wouldn't hurt no matter what other people say.

He looks fine again today

. I'll let him drink the water for 5 days.

I understand. I'm just reading the back of the packaging at the moment and it says it does. It may be because it's older packaging and the formula was changed.
I'd like to apologize to you because I have since read where aureomycin (chlortetracycline) as well as oxytetracycline can indeed treat coccidiosis. It might not be my first choice, but I was wrong to say you were not correct in advising that. Sorry. Here is where i read tis (bottom of page): http://www.merckmanuals.com/vet/poultry/coccidiosis/overview_of_coccidiosis_in_poultry.html
