Bloody poop? *pic*

My hen did this intestinal shred poo again. I only have 2 in the pen. So I guess I am asking how long or how many times do they poo like this?

I need advice. Im no sure which of the 3 are the producer. Should I be concerned?

Heres a link that has lots of helpful (but pretty gross) pictures of chicken poop and what makes them look like they do. That's where I learned about the intestinal lining.
