Bloody poop

This is from one of 13 chicks that are 3.5 weeks old. Does it look like bloody poop or just runny? Should I be worried

Could be bloody, hard to tell. Do you see more and can put it on a white paper towel to get a better idea of color?

How do the chicks act?
Corid can be used for treatment of Coccidiosis. It won't hurt to treat them if you are worried.
