I admire the farmer blow (not indoors of course). I don't know HOW they do that. If I tried it I'd probably just end up with snot hanging from my lips/chin. The farmer blow is definitely preferable to the snot sucking rattle (snert).

I can't do it either. I think it takes a lot of lung power and possibly large nasal openings, my DH is great at it.
