Blue and Black Birchen Marans Cockerels -central California

I live in the city and can't even legally have chickens, let alone roosters. Right now I have these boys available. 2 are 4 weeks old (hatched May 15) and 1 is 3.5 weeks old (hatched May 19). They are handled regularly. The first 2 (blue and black) do have some copper coloring. It doesnt appear that the other black one does. They all came from some very dark eggs.
I live in Fresno and am willing to drive ip to 1 hour.
