Blue and Lavendar colors in Chicken

Hi,
I was wondering which combination of chicken colors does one breed to get blue and lavendar colors in the offspring?

To blue you'd need a splash x black, a blue x black, or a blue x blue. Either way you'll need a bird with at least one blue allele.

To get Lavender you'll need both birds to have Lavender. It is recessive and cannot be created.

So in the end, you cannot "create" them, but that's how you can get them.
