Is it normal for her tail to be so short?

Here are a few pictures of our Black Andalusian chick, it is 3 weeks and 3 days old and you can see the tail feathers coming in. I know other breeds have birds showing up rumpless so I don't know if this might be something that popped up in your chicks. I know there are several other people who have worked with this breed longer than I have and hopefully they will come on and give some insight.

Compared to my other chicks, she has no tail.

I asked Krista/mopargal1972 (I got a few of my chicks from her) if she has rumpless in her birds and she said no, but she got her birds from someone else on here and she didnt think they had rumpless either. (Im horrible at names lol)
Maybe she is just slow growing them in
