Best of luck rehoming this one! I'd take him if I,,,y'know,,,had enough hens and was allowed to have a roo.

He/She started to become more aggressive the last week, started biting/pecking me when she/he did not do that before (my old Roo did this as well). Strange that if it is a Rooster why it is not trying to mate with any of the 10 hens he has in his flock! My other Rooster was insatiable, he would not leave the hens alone and I had to relocate him (he was also extremely noisy!). Does anyone have this breed and if so when did the Roo start showing dominant behavior over the hens?

Mine hatched April 25th & just started acting like Roosters at 4 mos of age. Here's my Blue Laced Red boy & hen. My Wyandotte's crows are not nearly as loud & ear piercing as my Barred Rock Bigmouth.
