Blue legged rooster?

My first time with chickens too. I bought 3 straight run Japanese Bantams. Out of the three chicks one turned out as you describe. Mine may possibly have more black though. Very "blue legs". A friend told me it was a Phoenix Chicken. When I looked them up on wikipedia it seems to describe what we have. They have rather fancy (long) tail feathers. Since mine is a young bird his tail isn't that long yet, but appears that it could. I will try to post a pic soon.
