Blue Wheaten/Wheaten Cockerels???

I am 95% sure that these 2 chicks are boys because of the dark feathering.

This one has lighter feathers but black/blue/dark brown feathers coming in on its neck. The other boy in the 1st pic is in the background of 2nd pic

They are both 4 weeks old today!

....... but I need to sell them because I'm not allowed roosters
