The most difficult conversation I have with folks regarding poultry is the one trying to describe the difference between so called heritage breeds and true heritage breeds. I often just cant make the point.

Thanks Walt..... I am sure we run into you at the shows. I think there are some breeders with better birds than ours.....just depends on what the judge of the day likes.

I took some pictures today of my birds that you and Jerry sent me. I was going to wait until they settled in but they are such well mannered and friendly birds that I had no problem bringing them out and putting them back!!
Here are you babies and again, thank you so much for sharing them with me. I have waited for this breed for a long time and never found any that I felt I had to have until I saw yours. They completely live up and exceed what I had hoped for. Thank you.

This thread has been a LIFESAVER for me!!! Had I never seen it, I would have never known, honestly!!! I am very thankful to Bob for this thread!!! No giving Bob chest pains now!!!
