My Golden Campine hen won Reserve Continental at the Reno show! Champion Continental was also a Golden Campine, but not one of mine. Yay! Two Campines on Champion Row!

But a Modern won Champion of Show, as usual. oh well

Congrats! That was a pretty full class is I remember correctly. You beat all the Marans that were there too.

Walt, I saw you several times at the show in Reno but you were always talking to somebody. I don't like to interrupt so I didn't say hello. Guess that's just the way I was raised.

Got beat up by a kid (Ryan) in the waterfowl class, but had champ light duck and goose, res bantam duck..with a mallard. We had fun and that's what it is really about..

Thanks! It was a good sized class, last year I think they had one bird in Continental.

The show was double the normal size. They had to hire two more judges and get more cages.

I wish that I could have seen it. Maybe if poultry shows keep growing in popularity, there will be more of them.
