I really hope you get your girl, but I would say, be ready to deal with issues with house training her, since she is new to your home. Bostons do really good when crate trained, if you can deal with the whining for a week till she accepts it. You will be glad in the end you did it. Our BT's LOVE their own personal 'cave' and understand the "Go to bed" command.
