Norman my 6 week old barred rock rooster has spraddle legs when he was little, I managed to take care of that issue, I then tried to fix his toes, but he always managed to get out of his little bootie and whatever else I tried to put it, so his toes never straightened. But he seems to do just fine,
Today though, I had him outside with my other 2, (they are still indoor chickens and is just getting used to outdoors and the other 3 chickens I have.

I noticed while he was walking around he left leg was bowing out. more up toward his hip. it doesn't seem to affect him in anyway, he doesn't seem to need to stop to rest or seem like he is in any pain or uncomfortable. He seems very happy and he always down for a good waddle rubbing lol
this all doesn't seem to slow him down, he walks, but if he wants to go faster he hops but he hops well.

I think 6 weeks might be a little too late to try and do anything about.
Anyone else have a chicken/rooster with this issue? and do they seem to well?

I have kept a roost low for him in his indoor kennel, made him a low perching board for him.
I honestly think it bothers me more than him.

you can see his curled toes on his right foot and how his left leg is turning in

He looks to have a leg bone deformity in the left leg called
Varus deformity. It cannot be treated, but he might benefit from a little vet wrap for splinting, or a figure 8 splint to give his hock more support. His toes on his right foot are curled, but it is too late to try to fix those. If discovered in the first few days, crooked toes may be splinted with a chick shoe made of tape on the upper and bottom of the foot. Here is some reading about varus and valgus deformities:

Thank you so much. I have some vet wrap. I will read that link you sent.
I tried to fix his toes when he was about a week old and he always got the bootie off.
