Hello! I recently asked if one of my chickens was a boy or girl because I had a mystery rooster-call problem! We took back the bird(Bilbo) to where we bought him but the rooster calls remain! We suspect that my other chicken (Baby), might be a boy too. Here he/she is!
His/Her comb is significantly smaller than the other rooster (Bilbo) so we assumed that he was the only boy (they are the same age! Around 4 months) but someone in the pen is calling and all the other chickens are hens. But still- is this a young lad? He/She is a Silkie mix.
