ETA: Please don't name the child Olivia... I'm an Olivia and there are two others in my (small) grade. It's a really common name and the nickname spectrum is limited (Liv and Livvie. That's kind of it... I'm a Livvi myself.)

Baby names kind of make me want to rip my eyeballs out sadly.They are so hard to pick!

All my kids have fairly uncommon names but they arent that off the wall.Now I have to come up with another boy and girl name, oy vey.

I have a Kaitlyn and an Emily, and I like the more traditional names. We're Irish, so I tend to like the Irish and English names a little more than other nationalities. My older daughter goes by Katie, which, when she's 80, will be perfectly normal since I grew up in a family full of Katie's, all in their 70's and older when I was a little girl. My Katie's full name is Kaitlyn Rose Margaret. She was only suppose to be Kaitlyn Rose, but my grandmother passed away while I was carrying her, so I added her name into it, and so she became Kaitlyn Rose Margaret. Emily's middle name is Grace, and I find it to be very fitting, they go very nicely together. If I were to have another child, my son's name would be Ian Alexander, and my daughter would probably be Claire Alexandria. I originally wanted a son named Ian Mitchell, but last year in January my best friend passed away suddenly at a very young age, and I decided that IF I ever had another child, I would honor her and add her name into my baby's name. Her name was Alexandria.

I did almost named Emily-Lilliana Francesca, but her father vetoed it immediately, lol. I really wanted a little girl named Lilly. Emily was a name I liked from my childhood, and when she was born, I knew I'd made the right choice. If she had been a boy, she would have been Austin Gabriel. Katie would have been Marc Anthony if she had been a boy. Here are some other names I like:

I HATE Jessica, Rachel, Nicole, Amanda, Megan, and other supercommon names. You're kid would be one of 50 in their classes.

Just and FYI to ppl trying to pick girls names: DO NOT PICK KYRA if you dont like common names. This name has gotten super popular in the past few years. I personally have 2 cousins a year apart who are both named Kyra.
My favorite Girl names are Claire and Elanor(Ellie).

If we'd had another boy he'd have been Orin Xavier... not remotely popular/well known, but that's one reason I like it.
