Boys or Girls?

I hatched these two chicks they are both 7 weeks old. The rooster is a barred rock and the hen of the black and brown one is an Ameraucana and the hen of the white and black one I'm not sure but I think it's an Isa Brown. In any case they are mixed breed chicks. I think the white one is a pullet and not sure at all about the black and brown one. Looking for expert opinions

They look like pullets but give them another few weeks.

Thanks for the responses, I thought they might both be Pullets which makes me very happy. @poultry person - they are a bonded little pair.
