Brabanters and Spitzhaubens--The Differences PIC HEAVY!

Pics
Hello, I have a dozen cream Brabanter eggs coming from H and H poultry next week. I'm really looking forward to having Brabanters. They have all the bells and whistles; beards, muffs, crests, and spangles! I'm happy to hear they have good personalities, and are good layers.

JENN-E it took a while for my little brabanter hen to lay and she still skips a day now and then. But she is adventurous as the others especially when I replace the water bucket. She is first to fly to the top for a better drink of course she is also the smallest hen.

8??? Are you sure you want 8 of them? I hate to see you run into one or two pullets out of the 8 but hopefully the odds would go even further if you got all pullets!

That is a long drive! I don't need that many pullets and it would not be fair for them to be subjected to brutal cold up here than down there.

Congrats. I've heard the quality of the eggs I'm expecting may not be very good, I may be looking for more chicks or eggs this spring, too.
