Odd...My lights were doing the same thing. Tons of eggs, yet low fertility. Just strange. My very last batch I set which would of hatched next weekend started with about 10 eggs and not one of them ended up being fertile. That I'll blame on the molts that are starting, but still.

Not that I know of. I know for a fact Tim's and my birds are not related since mine are LF. Not sure about dak. I have Aldrich and Burchett blood lines.

Hey Guys. I have 1 buff brahma hen right now. I'm really interested in this breed and came here so maybe I can just see and learn from you guys. I might be starting showing her soon. I'm starting off small at a large local fair. Is it ok if I post some pics of her so you guys with more experience can make comments about her?

my Brahma that was a June hatch did not start laying until March

yes, the typical hatchery has crossed the brahma with a breed that lays sooner and more reliably, maybe five generations back but they still lay sooner.
