Oh my goodness, how could I possibly choose - I love them all already.

I can possibly cope with one cockerel but definately not two!

I really need confirmation on this asap please. Thanks.

Chick number 3 looks to be a cockerel, 2 is a possibility but I would wait and see.

Chick 2 likely cockerel.

Chick 1 possibly a pullet.

No idea. Time will tell. I can guess like everyone else, 1,2-pullets, 3-cockerel.

Finally found time (and decent weather!) to weigh and take a new photo of my Dark Brahma hen. She is a hatchery bird (Ideal) and is 2 years old this month. She weighed 8 1/2 pounds - not too bad for hatchery stock. She still lays a large egg every other day and is one of my favorite hens.

Thanks all for the nice comments. This hen was one of my first chickens and has always been a favorite for looks as well as personality plus the fact that she is a dependable layer all winter long. I will definitely be adding more Dark Brahmas to my flock.
