Now, looky there. Don't we all feel better and look at all the learning we've done. There are some really knowledgable Brahma people on here, so let's don't screw it up by getting our feelings hurt.

spins around in circles, I was thinking something was deleted when I read the post about someone being rude, but anyway talk about patience, I have this little LF dark Brahma chick 4 weeks old that only has wing feathers while all the other chicks are nearly fully feathered out now including my LF BB, is that any indication that it will be a ROO ? if so he'll need a home

And Tim please don't stop giving people advice, you weren't rude they misunderstood what you were saying.
I think my buff might be getting vh I'll post a pic later if I can get 1 so the experts can confirm.

Yep, I giggled a little reading it. I'm just glad I didn't have a fresh swig of coffee in my mouth at the time!

Its just microsoft works. I did a grid, sort of a spread-sheet I guess. It has 9 columns: 1. wingband 2.hatch date 3.variety 4.sex 5.legband 6.sire 7.dam(if known) 8.comments/pen # 9.pox vaccine date. You could very easily do it on notebook paper in a binder.

Here are pics of my only Dark Brahma.. Her name is Crush! She is about 9 months old and 7lbs

She's my favorite chicken. I would love to have some more if there are eggs available close to me. :)

she's a beauty are you interested in a roo if mine turns out to be?

You don't know how much I WISH I could.. I can't keep roo's where I live. Planning to win the lottery some day soon so I can buy a chunk of land and start to learn SOP and do some breeding. Right now, I hatch.. I sell babies and I keep a few pieces of eye candy for me :) I love her! I don't know how she is looking for SOP but she's pretty to me regardless

I know how feel I'm waiting for the big win too. had a hatchery bantam light that was probably 1 of the ugliest brahma but she was beautiful to me, I think mine may be a pullet if I go by what is said in earlier posts about coloring of dark chicks I'll sit and wait. yours looks to be nice quality from the little I've learned on here.
