Dak thats sad here the Darks are hard to find I am gonna do my best to keep them and them alone as my main breeding birds i also have an Egg and meat pen for the Culling
so i hope i can help where it is needed I love my roo and my Neighbors Say what roo LOL

i am not shure this is were i shuold ask this if it isnt than i am sorry but if u were to cross a lt brahma roo with buff brahma hen what whuold the chicks possiblely be and if u do are the chicks still considered as pure?

A light male over a buff female would result in light females and sort of straw colored males. The females would appear 100% light. You might have issues for several generations with slightly off colored/brassy looking males. Better to find a light female in my opinion. Unless you have a gigantic genetic brain like Gary. What county is Joshua in?

I have a 16 week old buff laced pullet that's just about all white. Do they darken as they get older?
Thats just part of having project birds. They seldom breed true. Ruthless culling is required. Most people who get them have neither the desire nor stomache for culling. They pass along every bird that hatches as "buff laced Brahmas". Enjoy your bird, just accept it for what it is. A Pretty bird, a wonderful pet, an excellent backyard layer.
