I have 3 light brahmas
3 amber links
1 Cornish (not the meat chicken breed but related)
1 black Cochin
1 silver spangled spizen
1 silver laced cochin whindot mix
A Pair of weaten Bantum

And the are just my chickens

The light brahma and Amber links are the chickens and they are so cute I live them the brahmas have feathers on their legs and are not the best layer they are a big breed related to the Cochin they are a heavy breed about 8 pound for a hen.
The amber links are a little smaller they are a week apart all the chicks are about 3 weeks old are mostly white with a tint of amber color, are a mix of eyes of browns and something lets good layer the eyes are vary good layers (dubble yoked) are about 4-6 pounds for hen.

Good luck with your chIckens if you get some

well that's no fun....how about something in the red family? like the buff but more on a red scale?

Not exactly sure what to do with these, not the best type, but an interesting color. And clear photos of adult birds (or near adult in the case of the cockerel) for the benefit of our British expert Brahma breeder.

My first hatch of the season will be the 28th and then every week after that until probably June. Then after that I will be selling hatching eggs. I may also do some experimental hatching with a few different things I have read.

More or less, but I'm thinking they could use a more nonsensical name. How's "strawberry roan" grab ya ?
Gary, I am SOOOO disappointed in you. I really expected better. I am renouncing your title of "OPC" (old poultry curmudgeon).
