brahmarama,
I must be missing your your other pic.you're referring to. Maybe it's just my substandard monitor. I did see Sjisty's hen pic later, and it looked more creamy yellow. Anyway, I was just asking, wasn't meaning any sarcasm at all.

Hi Vickies girls, I know you didn't mean any sarcasm :) so no offence taken whatsoever it was merely a statement on the color x

Hi guys, I'm new to brahmas and hatched four several weeks ago. I'm only keeping a couple and have people pressingly interested in the extras but I need to know who is male and who is female first. So I took pictures of them this afternoon and wondered if anyone here might know better than I do and can give me some feedback. I have my guesses. I think I have 2 of each but I hope you guys can tell me what you think, please.

They are four weeks old today and sorry about the blur, it's rainy and dark here and they don't sit still! The two on the right are indeed a little lighter buff but for some reason they all look the same buff-ness in the pictures below. I'm guessing that is irrelevant to their gender but thought I'd point it out anyway.

So from left to right, let's label them #1, 2, 3 and 4
