turrbrahma, I know i was surprised about how my light roo turned out, we got him at 3 mos. along with a pullet and he started actually attacking me first, then went after my dh, but the straw that broke the camels back was when her scalped my little frizzle and then the rest of my bantams wouldn't come out of the coop because of him, All my chickens live together so I had no choice as to separating them, so we just decided to process him, I am wondering if he was frustrated because he was submissive to my head roo at first but by the time he was 9-10 mos. old they were fighting. I was disappointed in the way he turned out because I had always heard them called gentle giants. Well maybe one day I can try again, when we don't have bantams.
