I have 3 Brahma roosters at the moment, one golden Brahma and two blue buff columbian.
I have Brahma hens of the same colors and I’m planning on breeding them this year but I am curious as to what I’d get if I were to mix the Brahma roosters with some RIR and buff Orpington hens, which colored rooster would be the best/have the biggest affect in color to mix with a RIR/ buff Orpington. Any ideas as to what their offspring would look like ?

What are your goals, exactly?
RIRxAny of the cockerels will only serve to turn the buff/orange into red. Black, blue, etc will still be there.
Buff x Any of the cockerels will cause the resulting offspring to be buff w/ leakage.

I have a single lemon Pyle pullet, would like to get a lemon pyle rooster but they’re very hard to get where I am. If I bred her with a partridge/ blue buff columbian rooster and then bred the offspring to her would I get lemon Pyle again?

Sort of. Yes and no.
Lemon (at least in the US) is diluted gold columbian w/ dom white.

Going the way you are talking, your best bet is to breed her to a blue buff Columbian.

Then, 50% offspring should be black patterned buff/gold columbian, 25% should be blue buff/gold columbian and 25% should be white buff/gold Columbian.

Breed the white buff/gold Columbian back to the Lemon Pyle and you should get offspring who are passible, if a little dark on the Lemon.
