BRAND NEW PEACOCK COLOR

So you didn't take any pictures of this bird when it actually had a full train with "green eyes"?

Superpeacockman, post #18 of yours,,if you really have grown yourself what you say you have here,it would not leave my place either. I can give you a very fine example that is proveable by the breeder himself of "loaning" a new color mutation he himself had developed,or accidently hatched, whatever and was convinced to let another breeder further broaden the numbers in other mutations, ect,,the bird was never returned, the original breeder was never offered a dime for the bird, and was never given name credit for this bird coming from his flock.

I have no need to make a trip to Texas to look at a peafowl that does not interest me and not for sale. I'm not into "looking" or "admiring" or giving a big "pat on the back-job well done" Your concern should be learning if only one of your peafowl is capable of passing this trait on or if you have several capable of passing it, or was it just a one time, never to be repeated genetic matchup? Now if you sweated years and years, breeding-crossbreeding- recordkeeping to develop a new color or pattern that would be different in my opinion. Sweat equity!
I've admired Taupe peafowl silently for a few years before I decided to purchase a breeding pair.Perhaps you believe this color is not real also? I've also admired Sonja's Violetta since I first seen pictures of them, and this will be my next color purchase regardless if you believe they exist or not. These colors are for real, and can be purchased. Please be advised of such software programs as Photoshop, great for editing pictures. And one more bit of free advise,if you have such birds, your best off not letting the entire world know about it since your not selling any. I know several breeders who has had very valuable peafowl stolen when they were gone and some while they were home. And if you really believe you have something rare-one of a kind, it should be insured out the wazoo. I have separate rider policies on some of my birds because of their value.

We need a close picture of the eye.
For me there is not much logic in there! reread the definition of white color in the peacock .... Leucism!
Or is it a Blue Pied peacock ?
