Well these are poops from Dev today. I forgot so today I have started deworming. Is this poop indicating worms?

To me these droppings look like the hen might be suffering from renal issues and maybe cancer.

I was thinking it could be something small like additional probiotics, which I will be giving later today, but what would I do if you are correct?

So I got all of the pus out and I think it was saline solution and neosporin but either way.... what do I do now?

and lastly, @LaFleche , would apple cider vinegar cause kidney issues? they get it in their water twice a week.

It sounds like the crop has perforated. Inspect it carefully. Slide the opening of the wound to the side slightly. See if there's another tear in the tissue beyond the outer wound.

Are you implying that the breast blister is on the actual crop or the crop has a hole in it and is leaking to the wound?

I may be able to take a bigger picture of where her wound is located but the wound is probably more than 2 inches away from the crop.
