Posistion is very important you can feel where they need to go by applying a little pressureon the side of your nose you will feel an indention this will be about an inch / inch & 1/2 from the tip of your nose, worked for me but need to get some more LOL

Well, I've never gotten some for my husband because I can flip a switch to turn off his snoring. If he sleeps with his arm above his head he snores like a sawmill going! All I do is reach over, pull his arm down and the snoring stops. It is the strangest thing and at first he didn't believe me when I told him. So have your wife check for an off switch.

I think him bringing home earplugs may also lead to the suffocation, sleepless women should not be messed with.

IMO the name brand work much better than the generics! My DH thought to save some $$ with the store-brand, they did not work for us! Theresa

well the fact that I am sucking air after her threats last night............

She said that I only snored for a second last night but it was a 99% improvement
