Breathing issue and eye infection

Hi everyone.
My girl having an eye infection and respiratory issue.
From last week i have noticed her she is breathing heavily and today she is closes her one eye.
Not eating to much as she eats.
I'm giving her cerelac, tomatoes, her poultry feed.
I have attached a picture of her eye which she is closing.

Does she have plain water deep enough to dunk her head fully available every day?

If she has breathing issues, she may have a respiratory infection. Can you buy Tylosin where you live? It's an antibiotic.

Do you know if you can buy any avian or livestock antibiotics where you live? Or

Yes she has

Are you watering down the cerelac in her water? Or mixing it to a paste for her to eat? If she is getting any of the cerelac in her nares it could potentially cause respiratory issues especially if even a couple small particles got into her lungs. I'm not sure what medical products you have a available, but do you have access to any form of avian or livestock antibiotics? She might also need an eye antibiotic ointment.
