Breathing issue and eye infection

Can i continue with water with sugar as vet said or anything suggestions?
Please help me out.

can you get a photo of her vent, you mention that its swollen, I think its important we see what you mean.
Is she laying eggs still? Does she have oyster shells?
Is her crop empty, or can you feel gently, and see if theres anything in there, hard, squishy or soft?
