Breathing issue and eye infection

Do you know if you can buy any avian or livestock antibiotics where you live? Or
Are you watering down the cerelac in her water? Or mixing it to a paste for her to eat? If she is getting any of the cerelac in her nares it could potentially cause respiratory issues especially if even a couple small particles got into her lungs. I'm not sure what medical products you have a available, but do you have access to any form of avian or livestock antibiotics? She might also need an eye antibiotic ointment.
I'm not giving her cerelac paste but 1sp of cerelac+1tsp of lysovit(vitamin syrup) with half cup of water so she can easily take it and this mixture was prescribed by vet.
I have 2 antibiotics in home right now
1) Doxycol t.plus (tylosin tartate 100gm, doxycycline 40 gm and colistin sulphate)
2)biogen (enrofloxacin 2000mg, colistin sulphate)

Anyone of these will i give or will i visit avain clinic?

I don't see a big problem with your girl's eye. However, if there is discharge from the eye [which there may well be as a result of a respiratory infection] I would bath the eye 2 to 4 times each day with salt water.

You can make your salt water solution with 5mg table salt in 500ml of previously boiled, and cooled water. But you can also use those oral rehydration salts that are sold for children with diarrhoea.

Which ever you use, wrap your girl in a towel so that you can then hold her against your body with one arm, and then dip cotton wool balls in your bowl of salt solution and then wipe her eye from one side to the other. If you do not have cotton wool balls, you can use small pieces of clean old fabric. Only use a cotton wool ball or small piece of fabric once then discard it. When you have wiped the eye 4 or 5 times, you might pour a little of the salt solution directly on her eye to flush it. I do duck eyes that are badly infected or have had an injury 4 times a day but reduce it to twice a day as the eye is getting better.

You have had good advice on treating the respiratory infection. I am impressed that @azygous found you a local supplier of the recommended antibiotic.

I don't think that we in the USA are in a position to advise you on nutrition for your girl as we can so easily [mostly] buy speialized duck food. Glad you have a vet who can advise you. Other local to you duck keepers will also be good to turn to for nutrition advice.

Good luck with her care and treatment and please come back with updates!

She is my darling girl having with me about 9 years 💕 and will more in future. I was so sacred last night and doesn't clicking anything what to do but when i post a thread over here and getting responses and advices literally i feel so much relaxed and always get a motivation to do more care. I literally love my this backyard family specially @Miss Lydia.
I have lost my male duck in month of August and i was like may god take my life and give me back my daisu but unfortunately it ever happened.
I'm in depression from last 1 month because of him i was helpless at that time...
But thanks backyard family to suggest and support me. You all are literally a gem for the someone. May god help you as you all are helping others.

Ahh my girl again stop eating from last 2 days.
Today in the morning when i check her she downs her head on right side. I faslty go and grap her in my arms and warm her for 5 minutes and take her body in right position than i give her lysine + sugar in water immediately. After 10 minutes she back to normal but i can't figure out what's that?
Now she just drinking nothing eats since morning, i give her cerelac not much thick from a syringe about 2 - 3 times till now.
I also call her vet and telling everything about her situation. He listens me quitely and than said she is having dehydration problem. Her poop is in white and dark green color.
Vet also advise me to just give her cold water with sugar and lysine.
But her vent area also swelled.
