Breed/age/gender? Mystery chicken

I found this chick wandering. I'm thinking around 4-6 weeks maybe it's almost entirely feathered except for the neck? Maybe a roo? I thought it looked like a barred rock but it has some brown in the feathering as well. Any input appreciated.

I'd say you're entirely correct. The brown feathers could be due to mix breeding
