Breed and gender help!

I found a chicken in the middle of nowhere that immediately came over to me... Figured it must be someone's pet since it was so friendly. I've searched for an owner to no avail. I've also been doing my research and have wanted to get a few chickens for a while now. So I took this as a sign that now would be the time. Can anyone tell me what breed of chicken this is and if it's a rooster or hen? Also, an approximate age? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you get a side view pic? I know it's a Easter Egger and I'm pretty sure it's a pullet. It's hard to tell age but I think it's probably under one year because someone probably dumped it thinking it was a cockerel.

Your very lucky to get a free friendly cute EE pullet! (I'm guessing it's a pullet) Has she laid any eggs yet?

Looks like a female Easter Egger!
They're one of my favoritre chicken breeds.
Looks at most 1 year.

Also if your keeping her you need to build a coop and run, get more chickens to keep her company, and get some chicken feed.
