Breed and gender

Does anyone know what breed and gender this is? It is at least 4 months old and doesn’t crow. I was told She/He could be a Rudd Ranger. Never heard of that breed.

Cockerel. The tail feathers and comb give it away. Also, rudd ranger is a slower growing meat breed

He’s a cockerel, and likely some kind of hybrid meat bird, possibly a Freedom Ranger.

Did he grow big and mature fast? Does he have a calm disposition for the most part? He looks similar to the one in my profile pic. That is Arrow, and he was about 8 lbs at 14 weeks and already acted like a guard for the run. He is a Starlight EE cross breed. After doing research, I figured out he looked and acted like the German breed Bielefelder , but I never figured out what other breed. This is the picture we took before we rehomed him.
