Breed and Gender?

Can anyone help me tell what breed and gender my 7.5 week old chickens are? My friend incubated some of her chickens eggs for us so we don't exactly know what breed they are. She tried to see them when they were a day old and thought she gave us 5 pullets, but I'm beginning to question that. These photos were taken when they were 7 weeks old.

I think the first pic white one might be a cockerel, possibly the one in the second pic, and the dark red one. They are mixed breeds but I don't know what with.

The red one (or two?) are cockerels, they look like my EEs cockerels at that age. The comb and feathers with all but number 3 (pullet) have me stumped. The feathers look pullet, but the comb screams cockerel?? Please let us know what the final outcome is.

The 3rd and 5th look like pullets the rest are cockerels.
