• If I hatch eggs laid by my pullets of what breed will the chicks be? Thanks

That would depend on what breed your pullets are, and what breed the rooster is. If the pullets and rooster are the same breed, then the chicks will be purebred and will be the same breed as their parents. If they are not the same breed, then the chicks will not be a breed at all, but rather crossbreeds, mixes of whatever breeds the pullets and rooster are.

You would need a rooster of the same breed to breed them to. What breed of pullets do you have?

If you want the chicks to be the same breed as your pullet/hen, then she must be bred with a rooster that is the same breed as the hen. If the rooster is not the same breed as your pullet/hen, then the chicks will only be a mixed-breed.

What hens do you have?

Sex inked hens of any type will not breed true.
