I'm in a chicken drought where I can't find an applicable golden laced orpington rooster.
So what I did last year, was breed my golden laced hens to a buff rooster.
Well a while ago, those offspring mixed up with my barnyard mixes. I thought about abandoning the project, because I couldn't tell the difference, but I'm wondering if there's still hope.
My question is- who's more likely to be the golden laced x buff offspring?
The one with the black tails, or the one with the white tails
If that's even possible
