Breed mixup and solution

Do you have any white breeds by any chance? Confused as to what the white tailed one is
Last year, I the only white chicken I had was a Columbian Wyandotte. But this rooster doesn't have that kind of comb. I had one other white rooster, but it was a bantam crossbreed Cochin, which I find unlikely to be the father because the feet were yellow. But I could be wrong.
The only other possibility I've got, is that the hatchery mother might have been mixed with something. The white on the tail is more of a cream color, if that helps 😅

Is it just the angle or do those roosters have very odd wing placement? Especially the white tailed one.

Slate gray legs
Neither of the males have slate legs. And a Buff Orpington (with white skin) bred to a Golden-laced Orpington (with white skin) should only give white/pink shanks and feet. :)

I would imagine the male with the darker tail would be the Buff x GLO. However; with the uncertainty of the bird's parentage and the amount of work it would take to breed back to GL, it would probably be easier to get some GLO eggs shipped to you rather than wasting your time, effort, and sanity, trying to breed them back.

Yellow is recessive so your Orpingtons would likely pass down the white skin unless they happened to be carrying the yellow skin gene. I don't believe Cochins are dominant white though... Columbian is also different than dominant white and would not create that look... Honestly not sure how he popped up 😳

It’s more likely to be the black-tailed rooster. The other rooster couldn’t get that coloring from that cross.

The OP mentioned that the cochin was a cross. He certainly could have had dominant white.
