Less common but not rare is white-faced Spanish. Matches the picture better, but less likely.

Black Japanese is unlikely because they are supposed to have yellow feet. I'll ignore that possibility.
Black seramas are a thing and they are the smallest breed of bantam.
I think those are all of the most likely possibilities. It boils down to, "I really have no idea."
Maybe someone else will know, But I'd like to try again when she feathers out.
